Manufactured Job Entry - File - Save

Use this option to save the manufactured job for additional posting and/or later amendments.

1. Display the Manufactured Job Entry screen.

Refer to "Managing Manufactured Jobs".

2. Select FILE | SAVE.

Technical Tip 2.8 Feature If Micronet has been configured to prevent stock from going negative and the quantity of an item on the job has resulted in a negative stock on hand quantity, the List of Items Causing Negative Stock screen displays. Refer to "Dealing with Negative Stock (v2.8)".

If you selected to finalise the job in the Finalised field on the Enter Manufactured Job screen, Micronet displays a message asking you to confirm the finalisation.

3. If you are certain you want to finalise the job, select Yes. Otherwise, select No.

Micronet saves the job and redisplays the Manufactured Job Entry screen so you can create or load another manufactured job.

To retrieve the job at a later time, refer to "Recalling a Manufactured Job".
